The Kiloutou Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Spanish equipment rental company Valser S.A.. This operation enables Kiloutou Spain to expand its network on the Mediterranean coast with 3 new branches around the strategic harbor city of Valencia. 

Established in 1983, Valser S.A. is a leading earthmoving & power equipment rental player in the harbor city of Valencia and its region. With 3 branches and depots located in Castellon de la Plana, Alicante and Valencia, the company and its team of 42 employees operates more than 1500 pieces of rental equipment. The customer portfolio is made up of professionals from various industries that benefit from direct delivery or pick-up services at the local shops.  

Following on from the acquisition of several rental players in the North of Spain in the past years, this new addition enables Kiloutou to continue expanding its network coverage on the Mediterranean coast with a well renowned local leader. The branches and the team of Valser S.A. will join the network of 22 branches and 250 employees of Kiloutou Spain with a change of commercial brand within the following months. The branch located in Valencia will become a regional hub to develop our operations in the region.

This move is part of the Kiloutou Group’s active campaign to boost development, through regular organic growth and the continuing pursuit of external growth. Internationally, it is an extension of the development strategy undertaken in Poland, Spain, Italy, Germany, Denmark and Portugal over the past years.
